Shipping policy
Carrier Liability & Shipping Delays Disclaimer
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier (UPS or any other designated carrier), the delivery process officially begins. IGOU relinquishes control over the package once it leaves our facility. Consequently, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any circumstances that occur during transit, including but not limited to:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather conditions, or natural disasters (Acts of God).
- Lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after verified carrier scan.
- Customs clearance delays or administrative holds (if applicable).
- Incorrect delivery attempts due to an invalid or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
While we will do our best to assist you in tracking and communicating with the carrier in the event of an issue, any claims for delayed or damaged shipments must be initiated directly with the shipping carrier.
